Mint2Play FAQ

I have not received my order

If your order includes tracking, first check its delivery status.

If the parcel is marked as delivered, we invite you to check with people around you, your building caretaker, your mailbox or your relay point.

Before any resolution, a verification with the carrier is systematically carried out.

Why are some shipments sent to a relay point?

When the volume, value or required level of protection justifies it, the shipping method may be adjusted in order to secure delivery.

Why does the economy letter not include tracking?

The economy letter allows a lower shipping cost to be offered for certain very low-value cards.

If you would like shipment location updates during transit, it is preferable to choose a tracked option when available.

What happens in the event of an address error?

The order is shipped to the address provided at the time of payment.

In the event of an error, if the shipment is returned to Mint2Play, reshipment may be offered at the customer's expense.

Can I return an opened booster, deck or display?

The legal withdrawal framework applies under the conditions provided by law and by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

However, when a sealed product has been opened, it may suffer a significant loss of commercial value. A deduction may therefore be applied to the refund, depending on the actual depreciation observed.

Can I return a single card?

Yes, within the applicable legal framework and under the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The card must be returned in its original condition. Any alteration may result in a deduction.

Can my refund be made as store credit or a voucher?

Store credit, a voucher or a Mint2Play France purchase code may be offered to you.

However, in the context of a legal refund, it cannot be imposed on you. Unless you expressly agree otherwise, the refund must be made using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

Does a Mint2Play card condition correspond to a PSA, Beckett or CGC grade?

No.

Mint2Play uses an internal scale inspired by market standards, but does not provide official third-party grading.

To learn more, please consult the 'Card condition - Grading' page.
