2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale, hereinafter referred to as the 'T&Cs', govern distance sales concluded on the Mint2Play France website between Mint2Play France and any customer.

The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date the order is validated.

3. Products

Mint2Play France notably offers:

  • new sealed products, such as booster packs, displays, decks or similar products
  • new 'No shrink' products, meaning products without the original plastic wrapping, where this is clearly stated on the product page
  • single cards sold as second-hand products, particularly where they come from opening a sealed product or from a purchase made from a third party

The condition of single cards is described on each product page.
The 'Card Condition - Grading' page is the descriptive reference used by Mint2Play France to assess the condition of single cards sold individually.

Mint2Play France applies an internal scale inspired by market practice. This assessment does not constitute official grading by a third-party grading company.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros.

Unless otherwise stated, the prices displayed take into account the regime applicable to Mint2Play France, namely: 'VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code'.

Shipping costs are indicated before the final validation of the order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes or customs clearance fees may be required by the authorities of the destination country. These remain payable by the customer.

5. Order

The order is formed when the customer:

  • selects the products
  • validates the cart
  • provides the requested information
  • chooses the delivery method
  • chooses the payment method
  • finally confirms the order

A confirmation email is then sent to the customer.

Mint2Play France reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

  • obvious unavailability
  • obvious pricing error
  • reasonable suspicion of fraud
  • previous non-payment
  • or any serious difficulty relating to the order

6. Payment

The accepted payment methods are:

  • credit card
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal via the PayPal network

Payment is due immediately at the time of the order.

Mint2Play France may carry out reasonable anti-fraud checks before final validation of an order.

7. Delivery

Mint2Play France ships worldwide.

The indicative preparation time is 24 to 48 business hours, excluding peak periods and subject to availability.

The shipping methods offered may include:

  • La Poste, with or without tracking
  • Mondial Relay
  • Colissimo
  • Chronopost
  • pickup by appointment in Dijon

Delivery to a pickup point may be offered free of charge in France from 99 euros of purchase via Mondial Relay, subject to the conditions displayed on the website.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, a consumer customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must send an unambiguous statement to Mint2Play France by email to contact@mint2play.fr before the withdrawal period expires.

The customer then has 14 days from sending the withdrawal decision to return the goods.

The direct cost of returning the goods remains payable by the customer.

To secure the return shipment, sending it with proof of posting and a tracking number is strongly recommended.

9. Condition of returned products and depreciation

The customer may handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

If handling goes beyond what is necessary, the customer's liability may be engaged due to depreciation of the goods.

9.1 Sealed products

For booster packs, displays, decks and other sealed products, opening the seal, wrapping, tab, security strip or any equivalent device generally results in a significant loss of commercial value.

If a returned sealed product has been opened, unsealed, is incomplete, emptied, sorted or altered, Mint2Play France may apply a reduction corresponding to the actual loss in value observed.

Depending on the product and its condition when returned, this reduction may be up to 100% where the product can no longer be resold under normal market conditions as a sealed product.

9.2 'No shrink' products

Where a product is sold as new without the original plastic wrapping and this is expressly stated on the product page, the absence of wrapping does not constitute a defect.

The product remains subject to these return conditions according to its actual condition when returned.

9.3 Single cards

Single cards sold by Mint2Play France are second-hand products.

They must be returned in their original condition. Any alteration observed upon return, for example bending, scratching, marking, whitening appearing or worsening, moisture, denting or damage resulting from handling or insufficiently protected return shipping, may give rise to a proportionate reduction.

10. Refund

Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, Mint2Play France refunds the sums due, including delivery costs corresponding to the standard delivery method offered.

Mint2Play France may delay the refund until recovery of the goods or until receipt of proof of shipment.

The refund is made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to another refund method and provided that such refund does not generate any cost for the customer.

Accordingly, a refund in the form of store credit, voucher or Mint2Play France purchase code may only be made with the customer's express consent.

In the event of applicable depreciation of the returned goods, the refunded amount is reduced in proportion to the actual loss in value observed.

As a purely commercial gesture, Mint2Play France may also offer the customer, on a case-by-case basis, store credit, a voucher or a purchase code valid on the website. This solution is never imposed in the context of a legal refund.

11. Complaint regarding the condition of a received card

In the event of a dispute regarding the condition of a received single card, the customer is invited to contact Mint2Play France within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos, in order to allow a prompt review of the matter.

This notification period is requested to facilitate the handling of the complaint and does not reduce the customer's legal rights.

12. Non-conforming products and legal warranties

A consumer customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity on both new goods and second-hand goods sold by a professional seller.

The professional seller also remains bound by the warranty against hidden defects under the conditions provided by law.

13. Consumer mediation

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge.

15. Governing law and disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
