Shipping at Mint2Play

At Mint2Play, we adapt the shipping method to the type of purchase.

A single card, a few boosters or a full display do not require the same level of protection, nor do they involve the same shipping cost. Our goal is to offer shipping that is consistent with the nature, volume and actual value of your order.

Preparation times

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding periods of high activity and subject to availability.

Available shipping methods

Depending on the contents of the order, the destination and the level of protection required, several shipping methods may be offered.

Economy letter

For certain very low-value single cards, shipping by economy letter may be offered in order to avoid disproportionate shipping costs.

This shipping method does not include tracking during transit.

Tracked letter

For orders of moderate value, tracked letter shipping is a good compromise between cost and security.

It allows shipment tracking and provides delivery information.

Relay point

When the volume or value of the order justifies it, shipping may be made to a relay point in order to ensure a higher level of protection.

In France, delivery to a relay point may be offered from 99 euros of purchase, subject to the conditions displayed in the cart.

Home delivery

Depending on the destination and the format of the order, Mint2Play may offer home delivery via Colissimo or Chronopost.

Pick-up by appointment in Dijon

Certain orders may be collected in Dijon, by appointment only.

Carriers used

Mint2Play may notably use:

  • La Poste for letters with or without tracking
  • Mondial Relay for relay point deliveries in France and Europe
  • Colissimo for home deliveries in France
  • Chronopost for express deliveries and certain European and international destinations

The delivery times indicated by carriers are estimated times calculated from the date of dispatch.

Product protection

Products are protected in a manner appropriate to their nature and format.

For single cards, this may include depending on the case:

  • penny sleeve
  • toploader
  • additional protection suitable for shipping

For sealed products, Mint2Play uses packaging consistent with their volume, fragility and value.

Adjustment of the shipping method

In order to secure delivery, Mint2Play reserves the right to adapt the initially planned shipping method if this is necessary for the proper delivery of the order.

Delivery address

The order is shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Please check your information carefully before confirming your order. In the event of an address error, the shipment may be returned to the sender and reshipment may then be offered at the customer's expense.

Multiple orders

Each order is prepared separately.

Two separate orders cannot be combined after validation.

Receipt of the order

In the event of visible damage or anomaly upon receipt of the parcel, the customer must make reservations with the carrier and contact Mint2Play promptly.

Tracking and delivery checks

When an order is reported as not received, checks are systematically carried out with the carrier.

Depending on the chosen shipping method, certain delivery information may be available, such as:

  • delivery timestamp
  • delivery point
  • approximate geolocation depending on the carrier's services

Before any resolution, we also invite the customer to check with relatives, the building caretaker, the mailbox or the relay point. Some shipments reported as missing are found within 48 hours following a reported delivery.
